JRN Institute of Aviation Technology was inaugurated on 28th July 2005. Within a very short span of 3 years, it shifted to its new campus. The well-planned building with beautiful architecture houses well lit & ventilated classrooms having OHP and LCD Projector & laboratories in Mechanical and Avionics equipped with modern electronic devices & well-stocked Library in its 25000 Sq. ft area. Ample space for indoor games, big canteen, spacious lobbies, huge parking spaces, complete power backup system, high-speed internet has made itself sufficient & self-contained AME institute. The five thousand sq. ft. hanger is the most attractive feature of the Institute accommodates Lear Jet 24, Helicopter EC-120B, Bonanza A35 for practical experience of the students. This provides a platform to achieve their goals in their respective fields of aircraft maintenance engineering.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The institute’s Avionics Lab, Airframe shop and Engine shop are worth pride as it not only includes the latest indigenously built test equipment for checking and testing sophisticated avionics equipment but also includes item/equipment from the AIRBUS series to give the student an in-depth view of items/equipment of latest aircraft. The library mirrors the current advancement made in the sphere of Technology & Engineering. Our institute is equipped with a library having a large collection of DVDs, CDs, CBTs on AME subjects and computers with Broadband Internet facilities. An enriched library is an essential requisite of an Engineering or Technical Institution. We also provide Audio-Visual training with these digital media as a part of our constant endeavor to enrich our training program and for a better understanding of the subjects. To satiate the need of the students and to meet the latest DGCA (Director General of Civil Aviation) requirements, the Institute is equipped with the prescribed books on the various streams of AME courses.

Our classrooms are well equipped with laptops and LCD projectors for delivering lectures through PowerPoint based training notes. Our faculty members include experienced AME Engineers from the Civil Aviation field and technical personnel from the Indian Air force and graduate engineers. Through live experience, the faculty members explain the subjects in a way it is easily
understood & digested by the student.

CORE OBJECTIVE

The core objective of our training program is to impart more practical knowledge to the students regarding various maintenance practices/activities. That’s why the syllabus has been designed to give equal importance to both theory and practical classes. AME COURSE FEES STRUCTURE

The JRNIAT Institute, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Course Fees is approx. Rs 3 to 7 lakh for the entire course.
